Standard Products

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, unused and unaltered non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the terms below.

All returns must include a completed Returned Goods Authorization form and a copy of the invoice to help expedite processing.

Eligible returns made after 30 days may be issued a Lip Balm Now store credit. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.

Refunds will be issued for the eligible product purchase price, less shipping charges.

Large orders and special orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Custom Printed and Labeled Products

All custom printed and custom labeled lip balm sales are final.

Customers will receive a proof for approval before custom labels are printed. Once a proof has been approved and the labels have been printed, no refunds or store credits can be issued for custom printed or labeled products, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced products.

Unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced, returns will not be accepted on custom printed or labeled lip balm products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced products must be reported within 30 days of purchase. Eligible claims may receive a refund or replacement.

If there is an issue with a custom printed or labeled product, please contact us so we can review the order and determine the appropriate resolution.

Additional Information

Lip balm has a two-year shelf life.
