Your can provide your own design or one of our graphic designers on staff will create a custom design for you. Just email the team at sales@lipbalmnow.com with any graphics and information you would like applied to the label. This can even include specific colors or design inspiration. They will then prepare a design or two for your approval prior to printing.
Lead Times
We typically ask for 5-10 business days to print and label your lip balm after you approve your proof. We realize that many suppliers will guarantee shorter lead times but perfection takes a bit of time and we believe the finished product is WELL WORTH THE WAIT! If you absolutely need a shorter lead-time, let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate you!
The Process
Step 1: Place Your Order
- Select Your Quantity: 100 to 100,000
- Select Your Flavor: all-natural Original, all-natural Vanilla, all-natural Peppermint, Cherry, Herbal Mint, Blue Raspberry
- Select Your Tube Color: White, Black, Clear, Purple, Pink
- Additional Information: This can be information you want added to the label or reprint of a previous order. There is not a place to upload your logo or artwork on the website.
Step 2: Email our Graphics Team at sales@lipbalmnow.com with the information you would like on your label, such as your company name or logo, address, phone number, or website.
Step 3: Our Graphics Team will then email you a proof for approval.
Step 4: Wait for your perfect promotional product to arrive! We have a 5-10 business day lead time after proof approval. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Lip Balm 5 Stars, Customer Service 1 Star!

We love the chapstick!! However, the customer service & the time to get them are ridiculous! I placed an order on Feb 5th, then we were closed until the Feb 10th to be able to get the email. Sent the email that everything was fine and that nothing had changed for the imprinting. They say that they have a 10-15 business day lead time. On business day 16, I emailed them about the status of my order. Oh, they had to out source it due to equipment problems. They don't even communicate with you what is going on! We ran out of chapstick for our patients! We didn't receive our order until after business day 21! Poor planning & you need to get your equipment fixed!! This is the first time you have had equipment problems!

Few mishaps

I ordered 500 chapsticks with two different scents, one was vanilla and the other peppermint. Both smelled great. The Issue is, I can’t tell when opening the bags of chapstick which one is vanilla or peppermint. With so many chapsticks, it would have been helpful to have on the bags when separated which tube of chapstick it was. Not even on the tube of chapstick said which scent it was. I would have to open each bag to try and smell the tube of chapstick or have to open it up which is a waste. The scents are not that strong in smell. With the labels that was printed on the tube with my logo of chapstick also was faint in color. I wish the design team would of mentioned to me that the color I choose would not show up as well and offered something else like a different color paper to print on. Also, if you’re looking for fast shipping, don’t count on it. They don’t not do rush orders. Give yourself lots of time to place an order.

We pass these out in our dental practice. Peppermint is our favorite. I’m pretty sure we have patients who keep coming back just to get the chapstick in their goody bag

Absoluelty love the chapstick! My patients are always saying how much they love it too. The one thing that I hate is how long it takes to get your order! 3-4 weeks from the time you order to the time you get them is horrible! Especially if you haven't changed anything on your order (including imprinting) since the very first time you ordered! You would get 5 stars from me if it wasn't for the time it takes to get them!
